Assessment from different perspectives
360-degree feedback is a common method for assessing the skills of specialists and managers. The aim is to gain insights from different perspectives, for example from the point of view of employees, superiors, team members or customers, etc.
360-Talents uses exactly this methodology for the soft skills analysis. The focus person answers questions about their values (mindset) and skills (competencies) in practice. In addition, reference people from the professional environment are invited to answer the same questions about the actions in practice. The reference people are determined by the focus person themselves.
