Several employees and managers are usually involved in the recruitment of new staff in companies. 360-Talents enables those responsible for recruitment to invite one or more so-called peers (e.g. line managers).

This means that all people involved in filling the position can find up-to-date information centrally and at any time. For example, the requirements profile can be viewed and adjusted directly, the current status of the recruitment process can be accessed at any time, and appointments can be coordinated and arranged.
