Any candidate interested in a job (talent) can apply for an advertised position or register directly as a talent. Talents upload their application documents (hard skills) to 360-Talents and complete a soft skills analysis. All profiles of registered talents are compared with the requirements of the recorded positions. If a talent agrees to this, a company can access the talent's data and agree on further steps directly via the 360-Talents application management system (ATS).
