Pre-Call Smart Insights (Office & Field)
When creating an appointment, dispatchers can click Get Smart Insight next to the selected piece of equipment.
This generates an AI-powered summary that includes:
Equipment Summary
A concise overview of the system, including known details and service history.
Technician Recommendations
AI-generated guidance to help the technician prepare for the job before arrival.
Financial Totals
Lifetime customer spending on this equipment
Outstanding balance (if any)
These insights help your team understand the full context of the job before the first call is made.
The same Smart Insights are also available in the mobile app for technicians in the field.
Equipment Info AI Image Extraction
The mobile app can automatically extract key equipment details from photos.
Technicians simply take a picture of the unit, and the AI identifies:
Year Manufactured
Brand
Model
Serial number
Refrigerant type
This removes the need for manual data entry and reduces errors caused by unreadable labels or typos.
The extracted information is saved directly to the job record for future reference.
