On this page, you'll see settings that are linked or related to the 3C Connect Mobile App.

Consumables Warning

Late Arrival/Departure

Dispatchers using the 3C Connect web app can be notified on their dashboard when a technician is running late. For a late arrival, the alert will be triggered when the technician hasn't started the appointment on the Mobile App and the appointment start time has elapsed. For a late departure, the alert will be triggered when the technician hasn't clicked "Set Departed Time" on the Mobile App and the call end time has passed.

When one of these alerts is triggered, it will be displayed as a red beacon covering the appointment card on the dashboard. When hovering over the card with the mouse, the red overlay will fade out and the appointment information will be displayed as normal.

When expanding the call information, a message will be displayed allowing a dispatcher to take charge of the issue by contacting the late technician, customer, etc.

Once a user has taken charge, the person in charge will be displayed. One user taking charge of the late appointment will help improve communication between dispatchers and remove the possibility that two dispatchers end up working to resolve the issue at the same time.
