Sometimes, you might have added a site under a wrong customer. In this case, we have a way to move the site to another customer and effectively merge all customer information to the proper location.
In order to move the site, follow the following steps:
Navigate to the site you want to move.
Click on the three dots.
Then click on "Move Under Another Customer".
A dialog will allow you to select another customer and move the site to that customer.
Important Considerations
Each appointment attached to the site will be re-assigned to the new customer.
Each appointment keeps its connection to its site.
Each work order attached to the site will be re-assigned to the new customer.
Each work order keeps its connection to its site.
If the site was connected to QuickBooks, its connection will be severed, and you will need to re-synchronize the site.
