It’s easy to manage appointments for your customers through 3C Connect. Let’s walk through creating an appointment for a new customer.

To create an Appointment:

  1. Click the Create button to get started.

  2. Choose Appointment as the type.

  3. Fill in the Customer, Site, and Appointment Information.

  4. You can decide whether to leave the Work Order Line Items section empty for now and let the technician add this info on-site later, or you can pre-fill it now by adding equipment.

  5. Schedule the Appointment by choosing a technician and time.

  6. Click the Save button at the bottom right.

Now you’ve created your first Appointment (and possibly your first Customer, and Site too)! Let’s review where you can find your Appointments, Customers, and Sites now.

To view Appointments:

  1. Click Dashboard on the left.

  2. Use the date selectors to navigate to a day with scheduled appointments.

  3. To get a quick overview of an appointment, you can hover on the arrow icon next to the appointment time. From here you can click the View Appointment button to view and edit that specific appointment.

To view Customers:

  1. Click Customers on the left.

  2. Click on a customer’s name to see more details.

  3. If you need to edit their details, simply click the Edit button at the bottom right of the screen.

To view Sites:

  1. From a customer’s page, scroll down to the Sites section.

  2. Click on a site address to see more details.

Pro Tips:

Using 3C Connect’s Search

If you’re looking for a specific customer, site, or work order, the search bar at the top of the screen has you covered! You can pull up a customer’s site or work order details quickly simply by searching their name.

Creating Appointments for Repeat Customers

The search bar is especially helpful when creating appointments for repeat customers. When the customer wants to schedule, simply search for the site you’ll be working on. Click on the site to view it, and you can then hover on the Create button to quickly set up an appointment with all their details pre-filled!
