Access 3D Models in MS Teams

Learn how to access 3D Models or Federations inside MS Teams

Did you know that you can access your 3D BIM models directly in MS Teams? That's right and it's very quick and easy to do with no additional installations required.
Here is how you do it:

  1. In the Teams Chat click on the + button to add a new tab

  2. Select the Website option

  3. Copy & Paste the URL link of your model in 3D Repo and click Save

  4. Log in to your 3D Repo account to load the model

Access 3D Repo models in the future

Once you have created your new MS Teams tab, you will be able to open it at any time in the future. Simply click on the new tab that's linked to your 3D Repo model and it will start loading our web application.
