Change of Account Username
We cannot modify a username once the account has been created. Please choose your username thoughtfully during the account creation process.
How can I change my account's referral/affiliate code?
If you've created an account and forgot to apply a referral/affiliate code or if the code didn't apply properly, please contact our support team. They will assist you in applying the correct referral code.
Please note that we can only add a code to an account that is no older than 7 days and has less than $10,000 volume wagered.
If your account already has an existing referral code, we won't be able to change the code on the account. Please ensure you use the correct referral link or enter the correct referral code to avoid any issues.
Lost Access to Account Email
If you've lost access to your account email, please contact support. Your account will be locked down, and you'll need to complete account verification to update your email.
Please note that the support team won't be able to unlock your account until verification has been completed.
