If you have forgotten your password or if you would like to change your password, don't worry! 

Go to the 3XM homepage here, and make sure that you are logged out.

Click on the "Sign In" button on the top right hand side:

Once you have done this, click on "Forgotten Your Password"

On the next page, enter your email address and click "Submit".

This will then email you a link to reset your password.
