Task import from a file lets you upload an unlimited number of tasks in different currencies at once.
Before you begin, download the sample file and follow the instructions below.
General recommendations
Enter amounts and currencies in the correct format.
Set all fields to Plain text. Excel may automatically change them to numeric format, so select all (Ctrl+A) and apply the "Plain Text" format as shown below.
Mandatory file fields
Contractor email
The assignee’s email. If the email is new, the system will automatically send an invitation to join the platform.
Amount
The payment amount. Both a comma and a period can be used as a separator.
This amount is before commission. The platform fee is deducted separately.
Currency
The payout currency. Enter it strictly in the format: USD, EUR, etc.
Card withdrawal fee
Applies only to tasks in USD and EUR.
Enter:
1 – If you want the company to cover the 2.8% withdrawal fee for the assignee.
0 – If you want the assignee to cover the fee.
Please note! If the field is left blank, the system will apply the company’s profile settings:
If the “Cover card withdrawal commission for contractors” (up to 2.8%) option is enabled, the fee will be deducted from the company’s balance.
If the option is disabled, the fee will be deducted from the assignee.
Service ID
The service code. The full list of codes is available in the "Company" → "Service catalog" section.
Task description
A detailed description of the task.
Service period
The service provision period. You can specify a date or a text description. Either this field or Task description must be filled in.
Optional file fields

User service name
An internal name that will not appear in supporting documents.
Project
The name of the project to which the task belongs.
Please note! The project name will be displayed in the Sales Invoice and the Transaction section.
