Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible for you as a customer. That's why we've made it easy for you to make changes. Our customer portal is available 24/7, and here you can do most things yourself.

Change delivery address

Expedite a delivery

Postpone a delivery
Change the frequency

Put the subscription on a timed pause

End the subscription
Change payment details
Swap products

Create a new subscription to our other products
