In the UK we collaborate with Royal Mail on the delivery to our customers. When we receive an order, we aim to have it ready for shipment within 24 hours. All shipments are sent with Royal Mail's 48 hours home delivery.
Therefore, you should expect to have the product in your possession between 1-3 business days after you ordered our product.
Once the order is processed by our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with delivery confirmation. In this email there are details about your tracking number. You can easily monitor the delivery from A to Z via Royal Mail's website:
Royal Mail will collect the package at our warehouse and aim to deliver it to your home address within 48 hours. They require a sign off from a person at your address.
In some rare cases, you can see that the order is marked as delivered, but you have not received the item.
In those cases, this is the most common reasons:
A friendly neighbour has collected the package on your behalf
The delivery person has left of the package in your mailbox
Someone else on your address has collected the package
