If you want to return an item, you must first find out whether you are within the cooling-off period or not.
In the EU you have a 14-day cooling-off period for purchases you make online. You can therefore return an item, provided that it is unopened & unused, within 14 days after you first received the item.
The cooling-off period for subscriptions does not apply to every delivery, but only to the first delivery. This is because the item subscribed is identical to the first delivery, and thus the cancellation period starts on receipt of the first delivery.

Have you received a parcel, but are outside the 14-day cooling-off period?
Then you keep the package and pay for the item, and log in to our customer portal to end your subscription. Then you will not be sent any more deliveries in the future, until you yourself choose to activate your subscription.
