This article covers the right to return goods

If you want to return an item, you must first find out whether you are within the cooling-off period or not.

In the UK you have a 14-day cooling-off period for purchases you make online. You can therefore return an item, provided that it is unopened & unused, within 14 days after you first received the item.

The cooling-off period for subscriptions does not apply to every delivery, but only to the first delivery. This is because the item subscribed is identical to the first delivery, and thus the cancellation period starts on receipt of the first delivery.

You can then send the item back to us at the following addresses, based on your location:

You must also notify our support team about the return, so they can initiate a refund for your purchase. Send us an email at support@4him4her.com.

NB! If you have a subscription you must remember to cancel the subscription via the customer portal, to make sure that you do not recieve any automatic shipments in the future:

Have you received a shipment, but are outside the 14-day cooling-off period?

Then you keep the product and pay for the item. If you have a subscription, you need to log in to the customer portal to make sure you have cancelled the subscription.
