In most cases, your organisation already has SSO with 4Insight. This means you will use your company log-in details (email and password - no password details are stored or saved in 4insight).
Try first to log into 4insight (URL: https://4insight.io/#/welcome) with your company user account details (email and password as used internally).
If that does not work, please read this article how to sign up to 4insight as a non-federated account user. Scroll down to the section titled: Users with no single sign on(SSO) /Federation.
Once you have created your 4insight user account, then to get access to ValveTrack for a specific field, you will need access to that field. Please send an e-mail to valvetracksupport@4subsea.com and state the field you need access to.

These can be found under the Service Catalog, Software Services, 4Insight - Login - ESC Portal. Please state the field name you would like ValveTrack access to.
