Overview
4Subsea maintains an online service 24 hours a day. Service support is available during working hours (08:00-16:00 GMT+2) all business days (Norwegian official calendar). Our response time will be no more than 1 business day. The response time is the time measured from initial contact until the customer has been notified that someone is actively working on the reported issue. Support is provided through Intercom (chat) in 4insight® and odstsupport@4subsea.com to assist customers.
Bugs and support requests
Support tickets should hold a concise description of the support request. Include screen captures if relevant
