Entering your location on the website:

If you don't have a location set, you'll see this Set your location box on the upper left corner, above your list of topics.

Clicking that button will attempt to automatically find your location through your web browser. You might see a dialog to allow 5calls.org to access your location like this:

Click Allow to automatically use your current location to find your representatives. After a few moments, you will see your location reflected in top of the sidebar and your relevant representatives will appear on each topic page. Note that sometimes you only call certain representatives about certain topics.

If you need to set your location manually (such as if you are on vacation and automatically finding your current location will not give you the correct representatives), click the Change Location button again and enter a zip code, zip+4 or street address. Entering a street address is often the best way to ensure we can find all your representatives for you, from school board to Senate.

Troubleshooting problems with getting all your representatives:

If your Senators are showing up correctly but your House or State level representatives still can't be found, it might be because your zip code could be in multiple districts. Try entering a full address instead of a zip code or automatic location finding.

If you're not seeing the correct House representative for your location, try entering a full address instead of a zip code or automatic location finding.

If none of these solutions fix the problem for you, use the blue button in the bottom right corner to send us a note and we'll see what we can do.
