⏱️ Detention Pay

Start Time: After 2 hours.
Rate: $1 per minute after 120 minutes.
Fresno, CA (Tanker):
Start Time: After 90 minutes.
Rate: $1 per minute.
👥 Driver Assist
Charge: $150 paid to the carrier (not charged back to the shipper).
Requirement: Proof of driver assist.
🚗 Tolls (Modesto, CA & Chicago, IL)
Requirement: Backup/receipt needed.
Rate: Charge back to the customer with receipt.
🚫 TONU (Truck Order Not Used)
Location: Chicago, IL (Brokered Loads Only).
Charge: $150 paid to the carrier.
🛑 Standby Pay
Location: Chicago, IL.
Charge: $400 for standby for the entire shift.
