Award and Invalidation Criteria

Tokens may be awarded or invalidated by the platform at any time for any reason. The criteria to award or remove a token may or may not be published ahead of time and may change at any time at the discretion of the platform.

Redemption

Tokens may only be redeemed by the activation of the token after being assigned, but prior to completing a shipment.

The redemption is only valid if and when the shipment is approved for payment by the platform.

Redeeming a token on a shipment which is determined to be invalid will invalidate the token.

Value

Each token has a percentage value as indicated in the platform. This percentage is converted to a dollar award after the completion of a shipment by multiplying the platform’s approved line haul rate of the shipment payable to the carrier by the percentage value of the token.

Each token has a maximum value of fifty USD ($50.00) when redeemed.
