Where Will My Payments Be Sent?
Your payment information is collected by the brokerage you have onboarded with.
Update Payment Information
If you wish to update your payment information, or verify what we have on your account please reach out to support and select Billing Issue, and then select Updating Payment Information.
If you are not using a Factoring Company, please come prepared with a voided check to send us as an image. We can also use a direct deposit form from your bank.
Payments are Done Via ACH Only
Please note that the platform ONLY sends payments via ACH, so be sure to provide ACH information instead of wire information.
