📜 CHEP Bill of Lading (BOL) & Proof of Delivery (POD) Guide
🚫 If Your BOL Is Rejected or You're Having Trouble Getting the Correct Documentation
1️⃣ Go to Menu > Support > Billing & Payments > My Documents Are Being Rejected
Get assistance from the Billing/Quality Assurance team.
🧳 For Issue Outs (369’s) & Transfers (368’s):
✅ Always ensure you have a CHEP-format BOL.
❗ If you didn’t receive a CHEP BOL from the facility, contact Billing via Menu > Support > Billing & Payments > My Documents Are Being Rejected.
📄 The Billing team will provide the BOL for you to sign and upload.
🛒 For Collections (378’s):
📋 If a facility (e.g., Costco, Kroger, SuperValu) provides a BOL but the BOL number doesn’t match the load details:
1️⃣ Strike out the incorrect BOL number.
2️⃣ Handwrite the correct one before uploading.🚫 If the facility didn’t provide a BOL, use the Manual BOL Template, fill in all required details, and upload to avoid rejection.
🚚 For Empty Moves:
📜 The required Proof of Delivery (POD) must confirm that the trailer is empty.
You can upload:
📸 A photo showing the empty trailer.
📝 OR a picture of a paper with the empty trailer number you moved.
