In this article you will read more about the composition of the subjects; the different ways of learning at 5miles. The options for this vary from one Office program to another. Two ways you can learn that apply to most programs are: Standard curriculum and Topic related.
Other ways of learning, such as Free Flow (Excel) and the online version of Power BI, are discussed in the article on that topics.
Decide how you want to learn
The main difference between the two ways of learning mentioned above is that the Standard curriculum is designed to develop you more broadly, while with Topic related you will develop more in depth.
Standard curriculum
The Standard curriculum within Excel looks like this:
The Standard curriculum can be followed to master a certain level of a particular topic. These levels are as follows: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. The number of tracks available within each level varies by program. For example, with Excel, these levels consist of Beginner (two tracks), Intermediate (three tracks) and Advanced (three tracks). Suppose someone has completed "Intermediate Excel 1" "Intermediate Excel 2," and "Intermediate Excel 3," then that user has reached an average level of Excel.

Topic related
Another option of learning is Topic related. Certain subjects have been chosen per program to specialize in a particular subject. The challenges in the Topic related tracks correspond partially to the challenges in the tracks from the Standard curriculum.
Below are three examples of the Topic Related Outlook tracks โMail merge 1โ, โA solid foundation for argumentation 1โ and 'Write better emails 1'. You can see in the track (the square) of how many challenges the track consists and at what level it is.
