In this article you will read more about the Microsoft Office program Teams. We will explain what Teams is, what you can use it for, and what levels it offers.
With Teams, you can easily chat, video call and share files with your colleagues. You can also link Teams-meetings with your own agenda and those of colleagues.
For an overview of all Teams-challenges, go to the Library first.
The Library can be found by clicking on Library in the upper right corner of the tool.
Then click on Teams in the top left corner under all programs to view the Teams tracks and challenges on offer.
The use of Teams
Teams is often used within and outside organizations. You can chat, call, and cooperate with colleagues, but also with customers. Within Teams, you can create groups and share files within those groups.
Levels within Teams
To get started with Teams, you can learn it via the Standard Curriculum. Here, you can do two different Teams tracks: a Beginner track and an Intermediate level track.
Beginner Teams
In the Teams beginner track, you will learn how to find your way around Teams in 23 challenges
Intermediate Teams
In the Teams track at intermediate level, you will gain insight into all the possibilities the program has to offer to work as efficiently as possible in 26 challenges.
Topic related learning within Teams
Within Teams, you can also do topic related learning. To do this, go to Teams from the Library and click on Topic related'.
Here you will find four tracks on the topics of meetings, settings, communication, and tools. These tracks are recommended if you already know something about Teams and want to know more about a specific part.
