In this article you will read more about your Archive. You can actually see the Archive as your personal database in which you can view all your completed challenges and tracks. You can do the challenges again, make repeat questions of them or read the Discovery again. You can also find your favourite challenges in the Archive.

To access the Archive, click on Archive in the top right of the tool.

The content of your Archive

Completed challenges

At the top left of the page you can see in which topics you have personally completed challenges. As you can see in the example above, this member has completed Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook challenges. By clicking on the topics you can see the challenges and tracks you have completed within that topic.

This is what the Archive could look like. All completed Excel challenges from this member can be seen here. A challenge will appear in the Archive when the questions has been answered. So you do not have to complete a full track to see the completed challenges for a particular track.

Filter on level

If you have already completed many challenges, it can be nice to make the Archive a little clearer by applying a filter. You can filter within your Archive by level. You can find this filter behind 'Show content by' at the top right of the Archive. When you click 'All levels' you can choose between Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. When you click on one of these levels, only completed challenges of that level will be visible.

Retracing completed tracks or challenges

Have you forgotten how to use a certain feature in Excel or want to see that life hack in PowerPoint again? Then you've come to the right place in your Archive.

Re-do a track

Has it been a while since you completed a certain track and has the information slipped away? Then click ‘Re-do the track’ below the track, as in the example above for Beginner Excel 2. A pop-up message appears asking ‘Are you sure’’. If you then click 'Yes', you can re-do the entire track.

Revisiting a challenge

If there is an old specific challenge that you want to watch again, you can click on the challenge of your choice in the overview of your Archive. This will open the question, the Question file, the answer and the Discovery. This way you cannot give the answer again. If you really want to re-do the question from the challenge, it is recommended to re-do the entire track.

Use the search function to find challenges in the Archive

You can use the search function to find specific challenges that have been completed before. This can be useful if you vaguely remember what the challenge consisted of, but you can't remember exactly which track you made the challenge in.

At the top right of the screen you will find the search bar with the text ‘Search archive...’. Here you can enter a search term to find the challenge you are looking for. For example, do you remember making a challenge about Templates once? Then enter 'Templates' in the input field. Then click on the magnifying glass to perform the search.

Is the challenge you are looking for not listed and cannot be found with other search terms either? Send a message to info@5miles.nl and we will search with you!
