To create a new phosphine fumigation, go to Activities tab and press "+" button:

In "General" section, in "Treatment Type", select "Phosphine Treatment":

A name/ description for your treatment plan is automatically created with current date and time, however it is possible to change it to another, more intuitive description:

If you are applying the same fumigation plan on the same fumigation asset (e.g. a fumigation chamber), activate "Is template" so that you can reuse the treatment plan in the future:

Select the asset on which you plan to do the pest treatment, so that the system can automatically get info about the asset size and geometry, the quantity and type of stored product, and weather conditions data from the closest weather station in the area:

Select the expected leakage based on you experience. By default, this is set to "Low", Temperature and Relative humidity are automatically loaded either from your sensor(s) inside the asset, from the closest weather station or set manually by you (e.g. using a handheld sensor). Pests relative to the stored product type are automatically loaded and the system suggests one of the industry protocols (concentration and duration) to ensure success of the pest treatment:

On the last step, choose the type of fumigant you plan to use and the system automatically suggests the dosage:

You can create your custom protocol by pressing on "Change it" link, next to the suggested protocol by the platform:

Setting the new concentration threshold and/or the duration of the treatment will trigger a new calculation to suggest the dosage (based on the type of fumigant you chose):

Press "Calculate & Save" to run the analytics and estimate:

  • The minimum and average expected concentrations (taking into account product sorption and expected leakage)

  • The successful completion date (taking into account the release rate, the type and tolerance of pests)

Press "Start new process" to create a fumigation monitoring process that combines sensor readings with analytics.
