I cannot see any sensor readings

In case my sensors are not yet installed in the asset

In case your sensors are not yet installed in the asset:

**If you have already installed your sensors inside you asset please follow this guide.**

If you cannot see any sensor Readings please try the following steps in order:

  1. Log in the Centaur Internet-of-Crops™️ Platform and check if your gateway's status is online. You can check that either in the Dashboard Tab in the Gateways Section at the bottom of the page or by clicking on the Devices Tab at the left sidebar of the platform. If your gateway is online you should be able to see a moving green circle in the status section next to the gateway's name and you may proceed to step 3. If not repeat the whole procedure one more time more carefully. If you are still having problems please follow step 2.

  2. Make sure your gateway has been setup properly and is connected to a power source. In case you have the Netcomm router please follow the guide here. In case you have the Cube router please follow the guide over here. Try disconnecting your gateway from the power source and connecting it again after 2 minutes. If you continue having problems at this stage you are more than welcome to contact with our technical customer support service for any further information in order to resolve the issue.

  3. Make sure the coordinator (grey box) is connected to your gateway, via usb cable, and you are able to see that its little red led is on, which means that both the gateway and the coordinator are receiving electrical power. If so then continue with step 4.

  4. Since your gateway is online make sure that you have correctly setup your sensors by following the guide here and that the sensors are turned on and in range. Please do disable them and enable them all together at a close range with the coordinator. You should be able to see the green Leds of your coordinator turning on, which displays the connectivity between the sensors and the coordinator.

  5. After that, you can check again if you are getting any readings from your sensors. Please login the Platform and click on the details of your gateway in the Devices Section. You must be able to see the Overview of your gateway in which according to your already set sleep cycle, you should be able to see the readings of your sensors. If not please give it some time because since the sleep time may vary it may take a while in order for you to be able to see the readings. You should not wait more than 2.5 hours. If you are still having problems and no readings have come up for many hours you are more than welcome to contact Centaur's Technical Customer Support Services for any further assistance.
