How do I determine the amount of sensors I need for my silos, storage, or transportation infrastructure?

This depends on your actual scenario storage asset and product parameters. Please contact our team with your specific information and we will be happy to assist you with tailored plans.

In general, precision fumigations in well-sealed containers or chambers require about 1 sensor per 10 metric tons of product. For silo fumigations and grain monitoring processes we recommend about one sensor per 15,000 - 20,000 bushels, or 400 - 500 metric tons. Far beyond the physical measuring sensors, Centaur’s advanced data analytics software can complement sensor readings and give you highly accurate estimates for your entire storage volume.
