Please keep in mind that for reasons of hygiene, we cannot restore bottles to a saleable condition, if they have already been filled or where the drinking opening has been touched with the mouth (even if only as a test).
We cannot clean the bottles or sell them as "used", nor can we give them away for free.
In this case, we would have no choice but to add the bottles to the recycling process. This would mean that all the resources used to produce and transport the bottles would have been wasted.
This contradicts the basic idea behind our corporate philosophy of using resources responsibly.
Therefore, used goods are generally excluded from returns or exchanges.
Defective or faulty goods
If your product is defective, this will of course usually become apparent during use.
In most cases, the problem can be solved simply and easily with a replacement part (e.g. replacement seal or lid) and your product will work perfectly again. It is therefore not necessary to return or exchange the product.
