If the PleasureToGo 2.0 tumbler is leaking, there are usually three possible causes:
A seal is missing or not inserted correctly
The lower part of the lid is not fully screwed on.
The cup is overfilled.
Check the seals:
The PleasureToGo 2.0 has two sealing rings in the lid. A large sealing ring on the main part of the lid (1), and a smaller sealing ring at the bottom of the moving part of the closing mechanism (2).
Please check briefly whether the large sealing ring is present and correctly inserted.
Please also check whether the small sealing ring at the bottom of the "disc" of the closing mechanism is present and correctly seated.
If you have lost a seal, you can easily reorder it from our online shop free of charge:
Tighten the lower part of the lid
If the lower part of the lid is not screwed tightly enough to the large sealing ring, a gap may form in between, allowing water to leak out.
Please tighten the lower part of the lid once again so that it is tight enough against the seal and there is no gap. Perhaps this will already solve the problem 🙂
Do not overfill the cup
If you fill the cup to the top, liquid may spill into the lid when you put it on. Therefore, please test the cup once with a low fill level. Is the leak still there?
If the leak still persists, please contact our support team. Please send photos of the lid so that we can check the seals. A video showing how the lid is screwed onto the cup and how it then leaks would be best.
