Example: You purchase Admissions Consulting for $3,999 and send in your initial materials immediately. Your consultant spends an hour writing her initial email. Two days after your purchase, you request a refund.

We'll refund your entire purchase less $250 for your consultants' work time and less a 6% processing fee. You'll receive $3,509.06.
