You can flag questions that you are uncertain about or haven't completed on the first attempt while you’re taking a PrepTest or drill by tapping on the flag icon located just below the question number on the digital tester.

As you move through the test, flagged questions will be marked with the flag icon as shown below:

You will also see these flagged questions during your blind review.
