I'm having trouble linking LawHub Advantage to my account.
I'm having trouble linking LawHub Advantage to my account.
Updated over a week ago

Here are a few common issues with LawHub Advantage, and our advice.

I receive an error that says, "Coach already assigned to this user."

Your LawHub Advantage subscription can only be linked to one 7Sage account. If you have another 7Sage account that is already linked to your LawHub Advantage account, this is likely the source of the problem.

Unfortunately, we don’t have the option to unlink your LawHub Advantage account from your other 7Sage account in order to link it to your new 7Sage account.

In order to resolve the issue, we can transfer your subscription from your new 7Sage account to your other 7Sage account that already has your LawHub Advantage linked to it. If you would like to proceed with the transfer, please email us at studentservice@7sage.com and provide us with the email addresses associated with your two 7Sage accounts.

I recently renewed my LawHub Advantage subscription, but the renewal is not reflected on my 7Sage account.

Typically, this happens if you purchased the new LawHub Advantage subscription using a different LSAC account that then on that is currently linked to your 7Sage account.

Your 7Sage account can only be linked to one LSAC account, you won't be able to link another LSAC account to your 7Sage account.

To resolve the issue, you can contact LSAC and ask them to merge your two LSAC accounts. You can do so over the phone by calling 215-968-1001. You can also send them an email at lsacinfo@lsac.org. Alternatively, you can also reach out to LSAC via https://lsac.zendesk.com/—click the "Submit a request" option at the top left.

In the meantime, if you email us (studentservice@7sage.com) a copy of your receipt for purchasing the LawHub Advantage subscription, we will give you interim access to the licensed materials while you work with LSAC to resolve the issue with your LawHub Advantage account.
