Problem: Not Dispensing
Confirm the unit is turned on and the lines are properly connected.
Problem: Conveyor belt not moving cups along
Check for any obstructions and remove any you find.
Problem: Cup grabber not grabbing cups
For a temporary fix, secure a rubber band around the cup grabber.
Problem: Soda is flat
Check the CO2 gauge. If it’s below the green mark on the gauge, you likely need to change the tank or contact your supplier for a refill. Too little pressure can result in flat soda or slow dispensing.
If there is no issue with the CO2, check to make sure the ice bin that the has ice. If those lines are not getting chilled, the product will pour warm and appear/taste flat.
Problem: Soda is watered down/tastes funny
Are all sodas coming out watery, or just one particular flavor?
If it's all sodas:
Check the water and CO2 lines. The water and CO2 lines should be properly connected and not leaking. A leaking line can cause slow dispensing or affect the taste of the soda. Check the lines for any leaks and fix them if necessary.
If it's only for certain flavors:
Confirm the Bag in Box (BIB) of syrup is not empty. Replace it if it is.
Ensure the connector is properly secured to the BIB.
If there are no issues with the BIBs
Clean the nozzle by taking it off and soaking it in warm water
Problem: Only dispensing soda water
Are you having this issue with all sodas, or just one particular flavor?
If it's all sodas, service is needed.
Problem: Soda is dispensing with too much force
Check the CO2 pressure. The CO2 pressure used to dispense the soda should be set to the correct level. Too much pressure can cause excess foam or cause the soda to dispense too quickly, while too little pressure can result in flat soda or slow dispensing.
Check the regulator and adjust the pressure if necessary.
