Not sure if and when you should pay agent fees?
As a tenant, if you've engaged a Tenant Agent to represent you (helping you with your home search, dealing with paperwork and involved in negotiation), commission fees apply when transaction is successful.
Always check with the agent who they're representing just to be sure! :)
