If you've forgotten your password when trying to log in with your e-mail address, click on Forgot password or Signed up via phone and you will be prompt to either Log in with SMS or Send a reset password e-mail.
If you've selected to Send a reset password link to e-mail, you will receive a link in your e-mail which is valid for only 24 hours so do remember to check your inbox! Through this link, keying in your new password twice will set to serve as your new password.
You can also choose to select Log in with SMS, where you'll be prompted to key in your mobile number. A 6-digit OTP that will be sent via SMS as a verification step and keying the 6 digits will allow you to log in.
You may need to log in with SMS each time since no password is set/reset if you choose this method to log in.
