What is Google Analytics and how do I set it up?

Google Analytics is a method of tracking your Consumer Facing Site (CFS) traffic. This will provide you with traffic data including the number of visitors, location data, etc.

Prior to adding this feature to your AgentExpress account, make sure that you have already set up a Google Analytics account. Once you have an account, go to 'Admin' at the top of your Google Analytics page, click 'Tracking Info,' then 'Tracking Code.' You will be provided with a tracking ID (UA-XXXXXXXX-X), which you will need to copy.

Next, head back to the AgentExpress platform, go to "Settings" in the user option menu at the top right of your page, and click the pencil "Edit" icon in the "Organization Settings" section. Paste the tracking ID into the field titled 'Google Analytics Key,' and save. As with any other organization-level changes, only managers may add the key.

You now may begin viewing your traffic on your Google Analytics account.
