Managers may update their users' appointments by clicking the person icon in the top right corner and then selecting "Settings". From there select the user you'd like to update. Next, in the Appointments section, click the pencil (Edit) button to the right of each appointment. There will be a pop up that allows you to make changes to the National Producer Number and Agent of Record first and last name.ย
To remove an appointment select the check box to left of the providers name and in the blue bar that appears at the top of the Appointments section click the trash can icon.
