The 'Consumer Website Mode' setting allows you to decide how you'd like your CFS (Consumer Facing Site) to work.

If you'd like for your clients to be able to quickly obtain a quote without providing personal information, 'Zip Code Only' is the way to go. This mode asks for a zip code up front, then shows the prospective client to the quote page, where they will simply input the ages and tobacco status of their household, and the total annual income. If they decide to proceed with a plan, they may do so by selecting one, then providing their personal details.

Please note, if the prospect does not select a plan and enter their contact information, they will not be saved to your applicants list.

Alternatively, 'Lead Collection' asks for contact information up front. This might be preferred if you'd like to follow up on those who may not select a plan, as their contact details are saved right off the bat.
