If you've encountered an 'Unspecified/UNDEFINED Error,' this could indicate one of a few problems. Most commonly, it is due to household incompatibility, such as a dependent over the age of 26 or of an unacceptable relationship type (ie grandparent, parent, aunt, uncle, etc).

Some other reasons for this error include applicants reporting different addresses, or coming back to an application prior to receiving the eligibility notice. In many cases, the application may be modified accordingly and resubmitted. However, if you find that you’re not able to resolve the error by re-submission, you'll need to reach out to the Agent/Broker Hotline at 855-788-6275.
