There are a couple of reasons as to why some issuers may not show up in your quote. Most often, the issuer is not listed in your licensure settings, and will need to be added if you are appointed with them. If this is not the case, the issuer may not have available plans in the specified area, or they may not offer on-exchange plans at all. Remember that the AgentExpress platform only display plans and issuers who are on the federal exchange.
