Your cache is the technical term for the local copy of websites that your computer saves. When you visit a website, your computer saves part of it so that it will load faster next time you visit. Occasionally, this saved copy can become corrupted. This can happen to any website, and with the AgentExpress platform, it can cause issues such as missing plans in the quote tool or buttons not functioning properly. To resolve these sorts of issues, you can tell your computer to delete it's cache. The exact steps for doing this vary depending on which web browser you use, but in Google Chrome you can do this by:

  1. Hit CTRL+SHIFT+DELETE on your keyboard. You will see the "Clear Browsing Data" window appear.

  2. Set the drop-down to "The beginning of time" and check the two boxes labeled "Cookies and other site and plugin data" and "Cached images and files". Do not check any of the other boxes.

  3. Click "Clear Browsing Data".

4. Close and then re-open Chrome.

This process may differ slightly if you are using a different web browser. We recommend that you always use Google Chrome when using the AgentExpress platform. Other web browsers do work, but Google Chrome will always provide you with the best experience when utilizing the platform.
