If you see this message it is due to someone else has logged in to your profile using your user name and password. This may be resolved either by re-trying the login, or logging out of the other location.
Each "Seat" (log in user name) can only be used by one person at a time. Like any software as a service provider, we cannot allow agents/agencies to pay for one license of the AgentExpress platform and then use it for multiple agents simultaneously as a means of avoiding the additional licenses. If you have others enter applications on your behalf, you may add yourself as the agent of record (AOR) for each carrier.
