CMS regulations require the customer facing site to show all plans and carriers available to a particular client, regardless of your appointments. AgentExpress, and all Web Broker Entities (WBEs), are required to comply with these regulations. This means that if a client uses your consumer facing site (CFS), they may be shown plans that you are not appointed to sell.

If a client selects a plan that you are not appointed to sell through your consumer facing site (CFS), they will not be able to complete their enrollment. They will instead be displayed a page that instructs them to contact you with your contact information that is set in your AgentExpress platform settings. You will also be notified on their application details page on your agent facing site (AFS). This allows you the opportunity to sell them a plan that you are appointed to sell and complete the enrollment.
