Your consumer facing site (CFS) is what you send to clients so that they can interact with your Agent Express platform account. Displayed is your name, NPN, and contact information, and you may choose to upload your agency logo. From here, your clients may find a quote, enroll themselves, or just provide you with their contact information for later use.
There are a few different settings you can use depending on what you'd like your clients to access:
Lead Collection: Potential clients provide you with their name, email, and phone number. A lead is created in your "Contacts" list so that you can reach out at a later time.
Zip Code Only: Potential clients may provide their zip code and basic household details to find a quote. If they decide on a plan, they may either fully enroll themselves, or fill out a pre-application for you to process at a later time. Remember, they will only populate in your "Contacts" list if they proceeded beyond the quote page and provided their contact details.
Remember that you may choose if you'd like for your clients to fully enroll themselves without intervention from you, or fill out a pre-application for you to process later. These settings may be modified by a manager by modifying the organization settings.
