How to verify your identity

Going throught the Identity Verification process.

With CMS requiring that agents verify their identity going live you will now have to verify your identity in order to use AgentExpress. This will only need to be done once.

First select Quote on the left side of your dashboard.

Then select Affordable Care.

You will then need to select NEXT to continue to Agent Validation.

Once you have entered your National Provider Number and Name select NEXT. Please note you do need to use proper capitalization or this step will fail.

After that you will need to enter your Date of Birth, Address, and Phone Number. Entering your Social Security Number is optional but advised.

Then select Next and answer the questions on the following page.

If Experian is able to verify your identity you can immediately start quoting. However, if Experian is unable to verify your identity you will be prompted to call them and provide a reference number for manual verification. Once Experian has verified your identity you will then be able to select Verify Identity in the bottom right of the pop up.
