In the event that you are unable to pass the Identity Verification on AgentExpress you will be prompted to contact Experian.
Experian will then try to manually verify your identity.
If successful you will then be able to select Verify Identity and the process is complete.
If Experian is unable to verify your identity make sure your information is correct. Make sure you enter your full legal name, double-check your address and zip code are correct. If you haven't lived at your current address for very long try using a previous address. Although a social security number is not required, entering your social security number as an added method of verification can help.
