What happens if Experian can't verify my identity?

If you've contacted Experian and they are still unable to verify your identity.

In the event Experian is unable to verify your identify over the phone you would need to send an email to AgentExpress Support. Attached to the email should be two forms of identification, one of which MUST have a picture of you. Please do not submit a credit card as proof of identity as that is not acceptable. Acceptable forms of identification are any of that are listed for use on a Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification. You can find more about the acceptable forms of identification here. Additionally please submit pictures, not scans, of your identification.ย 

In the subject line please make it clear what the purpose of the email is, Manual ID Verification or something similar so we can get your verification done as quickly as possible. Also make sure you include your name as it appears on your AgentExpress account. In the event you are not sending the verification information from the email address on your account please also provide the email you used to register on AgentExpress.com.

Once we have received and verified the information we will be able to manually set your verification status.
