How do I terminate an enrollment?

Information on how to terminate coverage for your client.

New to the EDE application within AgentExpress, we have implemented the ability for agents and consumers to terminate existing coverage from within the enrollment management page.

Note: Please take care to only terminate when the client is ready to end their coverage. Policy termination takes effect same day, and will require a new application for continued coverage.

If you are sure that you would like to take steps to terminate, begin by locating the client's enrollment, then click 'More Details.'

On the right hand navigation pane, click 'Terminate Coverage' to intiate the process.

Once the process is initiated, the user will have one last chance to confirm that the coverage should be terminated. After clicking 'OK,' the policy will be cancelled, and the user will no longer have access to management tools for that enrollment.
