Help with managing, connecting and disconnecting Data Providers (Partners)

A Data Provider is the system that you will connect to your Agrigate account which we will pull your data from.

There are multiple Data Partners you can connect to your Agrigate account

  • Farm Source

  • MINDA LIVE

  • Figured

  • HawkEye

  • PaySauce

  • FARMAX

How to connect Data Providers

  1. When in Agrigate, click on your account name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. Click on 'My Data Providers'.

  3. Connect Data Providers by selecting the green 'Connect' button associated with each provider. This will redirect you to their login page to authorise your account.

  4. Once you provide your credentials and accepted T&Cs, you will be redirected back to the Manage Data Providers page with the Data Provider connected to your Agrigate account.

It’s important to note that some Data Providers have connections that expire for privacy reasons. This will require you to reconnect these providers to renew your connection.

  • MINDA LIVE - connection expires every 60 days

  • Figured - connection expires every 730 days

  • HawkEye - connection expires every 56 days

  • PaySauce - connection expires every 60 days


Disconnect Data Providers
Disconnect a connected Data Provider by selecting the 'disconnect'  button.
You are unable to disconnect a Data Provider if it is the account you used to sign up and log in to Agrigate with.
