Ansarada allows you to include the text of the Question within the Q&A notification emails.

When this feature is activated, Admins also have the option to allow:

To activate this please follow the below steps:
​

1. Go to the Left menu. Select Manage, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll down to Q&A notifications. 

3. Select On.

4. Leave Answer questions via email checked to allow Answer approvers and Answer authors to submit Answers by email.

⚠️Good to know: This feature is not available for two-way Q&A rooms.

5. Leave Approve answers via email checked to allow Answer approvers to be able to approve the Answer to the Question via email.

6. Select Save.

To deactivate this please follow the below steps:
​

1. Go to the Left menu. Select Manage, and then select Settings.

2. Scroll down to Q&A notifications. 

3. Select Off.

4. Select Yes, I'm sure from the Disable Q&A via email pop up.

5. Select Save.
